Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
Form a good understanding of customer’s urgent HVAC, plumbing & electrical needs
Communicate with empathy and operate with urgency, while maintaining a professional and polite phone manner
Make outbound calls
Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
Attend training as provided and required for professional growth
Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
Create new jobs, analyze data and reach data in software
Requirements:

Customer service experience 1+ year preferred but not required
Enjoy a positive work environment
Exceptional and positive communication skills
Customer Service experience
Patience
Good computer skills
Good listening skills
Ability to multitask
Comfortable working under pressure
