Customer Service Representative - All Turf Lawn Care

All-Turf, is currently accepting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care team at ourSuwanee, GA location.

These are full-time positions with a competitive hourly rate plus bonuses and commissions. While these are not sales positions, simply making our customers aware of other services and selling incoming leads can be very lucrative. This is a fast-paced environment with high call volume and plenty of opportunity for advancement. To be successful in this position, you will need the following

• Previous Customer Service experience


• A desire to be helpful


• A clear and articulate phone voice


• Experience with operating systems such as Real Green, Pestpac, Salesforce, etc.


• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite


• A sense of humor


• Experience with suggestive selling
