Position Summary
Perform duties to provide customer service to promote good will and improve sales.

What You'll Do:
1. Provide customer service by answering phones, quoting prices, checking inventory, taking and confirming orders, tracking delivery and order status, expediting delivery, and resolving routine complaints or problems.
2. Performs data of enter new orders into system, and modify, expedite, cancel, or confirm existing orders in accordance with standard procedures. Prepare invoices and packing slips.
3. Receive incoming faxes and distribute to appropriate persons.
4. Keep up-to-date on new products and sales promotions.
5. Maintain office and customer files.

This is a full-time position.
Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

Required Education and Experience:
High School Degree or Equivalent; One year experience.
