Customer Service Representative B2B (NL/FR)

The Sales department is at the forefront of our core business of B2B distribution. Professional account managers acquire new business partners and foster long-term relationships. After the car is sold, you and your colleagues in the Dealer Service Team are responsible for providing after-sales services to car dealers and traders

What you'll be doing with us:

• Assisting traders with inquiries regarding transport, invoicing, registration, damage claims, and imports, via phone and email.
• Utilizing your language skills (NL/FR/EN) for smooth communication with our traders.
• Handling inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Adopting a proactive approach to inform customers in advance.
• Recording your actions in our CRM system.
• Contributing ideas for increasing customer satisfaction and process improvement.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• You're hands-on and creative in problem-solving.
• You're a team player and seek feedback from other departments.
• You're analytical and able to handle stress.
• You're a strong communicator in Dutch, French, and English.
• You're computer literate with good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Preferably, you have a Bachelor's degree.
• Having an interest in cars is a plus.
• Your enthusiasm and curiosity will help us further develop our scale-up

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania -  Rruga Dritan Hoxha – Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
