We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish or Portugese to English will have preference). You will be responsible for helping customers by providing insurance product information. This position is currently part-time Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 2 pm however, the position could evolve into full-time in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, phone work
- Working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Quiet working environment required as the majority of tasks invovle phone work.
- Must have a well-functioning Mac or PC with high-speed internet access capable of high performance
- Will be required to work from a dedicated IP (cannot work from hotspot or random wi-fi locations)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
