Title of Role: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time
We have an exciting opportunity available for a client located in Somerset, NJ. This position is hybrid
Shifts- First 6 weeks of training at 9:00am- 5:30pm then shift will be 11:30am-8:00pm
Summary:
Customer Service Representative will be providing front line heavy customer contact and direct support with an emphasis on providing a pleasant experience.
Responsibilities:
· Offer exceptional customer experience in every interaction
· Answer questions regarding products
· Make outbound calls to customers as needed regarding inquiries, order status and services
· Enters orders for part
· Update information in the system
· Notify customers daily of any out-of-stock issues
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
· Strong phone etiquette
· Familiarity with CRM systems
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
