Job Duties:
Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding service questions
Accounts Receivables
Scheduling
Sales
Resolving general customer concerns
Communicating with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
No cold calling required!!
Schedule
Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm
Must be available to work Saturdays as needed
Job Requirements: In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to multi-task, be flexible in fast paced environments, be passionate about helping people, be a problem solver and thrive in a team environment
Would recommend at least 1 year of customer service experience
