Location: St. Augustine, Florida (In-Office)

Compensation: $17.50 - $19.00/hr (Depending on Experience) + Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses!

What We’re Looking For

• Customer Service Experience: 1+ years in an office, administrative, or service-industry CSR role.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM software. (Experience with Aspire CRM is a huge plus!)
• Great Communication: Clear, warm, and professional phone presence with strong written email skills.
• Problem Solver: Calm under pressure, empathetic, and detail-oriented when handling billing, AutoPay enrollment, or service inquiries.
• Local Reliability: Dependable transportation to our St. Augustine facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly, helpful primary point of contact for our existing clients via phone and email.
• Assist clients with billing questions, processing secure payments, and setting up AutoPay.
• Log, track, and follow up on client requests using our CRM platform (Aspire) to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Resolve routine client inquiries independently and collaborate with field managers on complex service needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and account notes.
