We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be part of our team, focusing on providing quality service to our customers. You will be based at our location, handling customer inquiries, processing requests, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
One of the following licenses is required: 440, 220, 20-44
Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers, addressing their queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
• Use customer service skills and industry knowledge to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow company policies and regulations while performing customer service duties.
• Handle customer data responsibly, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve job performance and stay updated on job requirements.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and issues to help improve the company's products and services.

Proven experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of patience and ability to handle customer complaints
• Exceptional listening and response skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new information and techniques
