Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

• Serve as the first point of contact for supporters, partners, and donors
  
• Share accurate information about our campaigns and partner organizations
  
• Resolve inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-first approach
  
• Log interactions and feedback in our CRM system
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
  

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• A passion for advocacy, nonprofit work, or social impact
  
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
  
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
