Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client and attendee inquiries
• Provide accurate information about event details, schedules, and registrations
• Assist event attendees with questions and provide a welcoming experience
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain clear and professional communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Collaborate with event coordination and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
• Keep clients and attendees informed about event updates and changes
• Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (events, hospitality, retail, or marketing preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
