Customer Service Representative - Entry Level Immediate Hire

We’re a purpose-driven marketing and outreach agency that partners with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and social impact organizations. Our mission is to help these organizations connect with communities and amplify the causes that matter most.

Now, we’re growing our team and looking for compassionate, people-focused individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll engage directly with the public at live events and help raise awareness for important causes—no cold calling, no desk work.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and outreach activations

• Start meaningful conversations and explain the mission of the organizations we support

• Encourage community involvement and build relationships with supporters and donors

• Collaborate with your team to increase visibility and engagement for each campaign

• Maintain professionalism and authenticity while representing social causes face-to-face

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine interest in nonprofit work, advocacy, or social impact

• A team-oriented attitude and a desire to help others

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, interactive role

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
