Role Overview: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll act as the public face of the nonprofit campaigns we represent. Your role is to engage directly with community members, spark meaningful conversations, and build lasting donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofits at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs

• Initiate friendly, authentic conversations with the public

• Share compelling stories and messages about each nonprofit’s mission

• Educate people on ways to support and get involved

• Build long-term donor relationships that support sustained impact

• Collaborate with your team to execute outreach campaigns effectively
