A reputable client of ours, a distribution center near Westwood, NJ, is currently seeking an experiened Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The right individual will have previous experience working as a customer service rep in an office setting. Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Northvale, NJ
Job Type: Permanent, Direct Hire
Salary: $50,000/year
Schedule: day shift, 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday (on-site), (one hour lunch)
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
Job Description:
-Customer Service call center experience (answering inquiries and resolving any customer issues)
-Order processing, data entry, and reportingÂ
-Light Collections and billing
-Checking stock an inventory of products
-Relationship building with clients and working in a team environment
