As a Customer Service Representative you will……….

Respond to customer requests via phone, email, mail, or social media. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Advise on company information.

Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.

Place or cancel orders.

Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

Act as the company gatekeeper.

Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions. Handle product recalls.

Sell products and services.

Utilize computer software (Word, Excel, SAP) to handle customer requests.

Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications……

High School Diploma or GED, required

5 years of customer service experience, required

Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.

The competitive Pay Rate for this role is $32/hr. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
