Customer Service Representative - Generous Compensation

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, and in-person
• Review all store emails, Scorpion inquires and Click-to-sell responses
• Prepare and send out estimates/invoices, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Make sure invoices are sent and payments are made in a timely fashion
• Contact potential customers and follow-up on at least 5 estimates and invoices a day
• Notify customers when orders are built and close out orders that have been picked up or delivered
• Help schedule installations
• Assist with exterior signage permitting process
• Reconcile accounts at the end of the business day
• Make sure lobby and front counter is clean and organized
• Communicate with Design and Production as needed
• Receive and open all UPS and Fedex shipments
• Back-up and assist in production during downtime and as needed
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
  
  

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Inside Sales Representative:

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
