Customer Service Representative- Healthcare

LHH is seeking contract to hire Customer Service Reps at a rate of $18/hour. This role is Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm

Seeking call center or customer service backgrounds.

Employees will be answering 80-100 inbound calls per day, documenting the calls and transferring to appropriate healthcare department.

Seeking candidates who are professional and organized! An interest or background in healthcare is a plus!

Job Duties:
- Answering an average of 80 incoming calls per day from patients
- Gathering patient information to confirm who you are speaking with
- Typing accurate and detailed notes into internal computer system
- Sending messages to doctors and nurses for follow up
- Routing calls to the nurse triage line when needed
- Scheduling appointments for several departments within the healthcare network
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with patients and physicians as needed
- Accurately entering large amounts of data at a fast-pace

$18.00 per hour
