Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Hiring Now

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing business located in RIDC Park in Blawnox, PA. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. Please Apply Now!
Job Duties include:
Processing of customer orders: fax, telephone and mail
Strong phone order processing skills
Verify orders for accuracy
Process all changes to orders as directed by management
Provide customers with pricing per container size, availability of product and shipping information
Maintain customer files, both electronic and paper, make corrections and update current files
Cross-reference product numbers with customer product numbers, maintain ship-to addresses, and review files for credit and tax exempt status
Set up new customers
Supply credit applications and copies of invoices upon customer request
Supply pro number, verbal tracking information and shipping information
Communicate with supportive operational departments such as Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Transportation in addition to the Sales force to resolve problems and exchange operational information to acquire and process customer orders and claims
Required skills:
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong ability to problem solve
Strong analytic and computer skills to coordinate department assignments and cross functional activities
Well organized and adept at handling multiple assignments with critical deadlines
Good communication skills and detail oriented
Experience/Education:
2 + years of customer service experience and/or 2+ years of additional education

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay rate $19 to $21 per hour depending on experience
