Baptist Health is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for the Diagnostic Imaging Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity at Baptist Medical Center (Downtown).

The Diagnostic Imaging Department is looking to add a Customer Service Rep to their small team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has had previous experience in healthcare customer service and obtains excellent communication skills.

Shift details: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Customer Service Rep, Diagnostic Imaging Department, Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist.
• Exhibit good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers.
• Provide assistance to technologists, physicians and patients.
• Check paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures.
• May actively participate in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.

Experience Requirements:

Less than 1 year customer service

Education and Credential Requirements:

High School Diploma (required)

Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
