Customer Service Representative - Immediate Start

Our client is an insurance company seeking customer service reps to join their growing company. This position will entail answering a high volume of phone calls, while providing a great customer experience to all customers. If you have worked in food and beverage (a restaurant) or a customer serviced oriented position, please apply!!!!

To be successful in this position you must be service oriented, have great communication skills, and possess patience and compassion.

*THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION* NO REMOTE
Hours11AM - 8PM Monday - Friday - Training hours are 9 am-5:30 pm for 3 weeks and then you will start your 11 am- 8pm

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls
• Responding to service needs
• Preparing reports
• Responding to inquiries by phones, email, online, and or written

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service ( previous call center, retail, and / or hospitality).
• Proficient in MS Office is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Shows empathy and compassion when talking to customers
• Must be capable to work your scheduled shift
• Must be detail oriented

Pay Rate $17-$18/ Hour
