Customer Service Representative – Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in their healthcare journey? Durable Medical Equipment, a Pivotal Health company, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be a vital connection between patients, healthcare providers, and our delivery team—helping ensure customers receive the equipment they need with exceptional service and care.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email
  • Process and manage durable medical equipment orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries and follow-up communications
  • Work closely with physicians, healthcare facilities, and insurance providers to obtain necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and customer information
  • Deliver a positive experience for every customer interaction

In the performance of this job, the employee may be exposed to chemical vapors such as acetone, ether, or glutaraldehyde. There may also be incidental skin contact with these substances. Personal protective (PPI) equipment such as gloves and eye protection must be used as appropriate to the task being performed.

This position will involve NO exposure to blood, body fluids, or infectious materials.
