Customer Service Representative - Industrial Products

A leading industrial product supplier is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for an onsite role in Carrolton, GA.  The right candidate will be a dedicated professional who thrives fast-paced environment and can deliver world-class customer experience to our clients.     

What you'll be doing (including but not limited to):

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints via phone, live chat and email within a timely manner
• Perform daily tasks including order entry, shipment tracking, returns processing, and account updates in accordance with company policy
• Support order fulfillment, product support, and technical troubleshooting by identifying service priorities and appropriately routes inquiries to relevant departments
• Input appropriate documentation to maintain accurate account and transaction records in CRM and ERP systems
• Coordinate product shipments, resolve delays, and support on-time delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle sensitive account information appropriately while adhering to privacy standards and internal controls  
• Perform other duties as determined by management

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 2+ years of customer service experience with an industrial product distributor, or related field
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to resolve issues and satisfy customer needs
• Ability to present and maintain a positive corporate image in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
• Experience using SAP or related ERP system highly preferred
