Customer Service Representative - Lebanon

Purpose:  

This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely from an office space.

Will be responsible for booking salon services by phone, live chat and social media.

Responsibilities:   

1. Book salon services through the salon booking software
   




2. Upsell and add on services to the booking. 
   




3. Answer customers inquiries about services & products.
   




4. Provide general customer service
   

Requirements

Required Role Competencies:

1. Good English & Written Communication. 
   




2. Sales experience. 
   




3. Customer Service Experience.
   




4. Computer Skills
   




5. Good Typing Speed
   




6. Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
