Customer Service Representative - Level 3

This Customer Service Representative - Level 3 opportunity is only open to current MidwayUSA Employees in good standing.

This Customer Service Level 3 position will be trained in and perform all Customer Service processes.

The schedule for this position is to be determined. All current MidwayUSA benefits are available in this role.

What we are looking for:

Positive, friendly, well-spoken individual who enjoys helping Customers and Employees
Demonstrated proficiency in Level 1 & 2 responsibilities
Solid comprehension of departmental processes and strategies
Excellent time management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills, including programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to earn the respect and followership of their fellow teammates
Interest in, and support of, the NRA and the shooting, hunting, and outdoor industry
Willingness to be flexible in shift assignments

What you will be doing:

Execute all Customer Service processes including assisting Customers and Employees over the phone, chat, and email
Provide training to Level 1 and Level 2 CSRs on operations and processes
Execute administrative responsibilities as assigned
Execute Level 1 & 2 responsibilities as needed

Salary Range: $21.75 - $25.75 per hour (commensurate with experience)
