Customer Service Representative (Mortgage Sales)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Financial Services company in Tempe, AZ that is looking for a Mortgage Sales Consultant to add to the team.
This is a full-time in-office position Tuesday through Saturday. Pay rate is $25/hr plus uncapped commission.
This position requires mortgage industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a mortgage license or has held an originator, loan processor, or sales position within mortgage.

Essential Functions

Manage individual lead database pipeline in line with company lead contact standards.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from existing customers and lead sources.
Provide persuasive consultations and inform customers about new products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service and outcomes.
Optimize CRM flow and use systems effectively to support customers and team members.
Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues with a focus on sales principles and outcomes.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have 3+ years' of mortgage experience.
A Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required.
Proficient PC skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft environment, with the ability to access, manipulate, organize, and relay information effectively.
Relevant CRM experience.
Proven ability to multitask various customer channels and manage workflow professionally.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $36.00 per hour
