Job Description - Customer Service Representative NAFTA - Remote

Job Highlights

Customer order management (customer contact, timely order entry and processing, order confirmation, price maintenance, availability check of material).
Perform customer master data requests and maintenance within the LANXESS systems.
Process customer inquiries regarding order status, shipment timing, etc.
Assist Marketing & Sales with receivables and credit limit requests.
Support sales (as requested) with maintenance of forecast.
Identification of customer requirements and proactively suggest solutions.
Responsible to receive customer complaints and facilitate resolution.
Constant review of inventory and replenishment planning with Production Planner.
Track order status (internal / external), delivery time and invoicing.
Work in conjunction with 3rd party logistics providers to troubleshoot any shipping problems as they occur.
Work in conjunction with 3rd party warehouse providers on any order fulfillment questions.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 3 years of professional experience in a customer service-related field.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to work and function in a team environment.
Experience in Microsoft Office tools and SAP a plus.
