Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Houston, TX 77058 On-site

Contract Duration: 7 months contract
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Client: Kuraray America, Inc.

Pay rate: $21.12 an hour

Qualifications:

• Must have SAP experience, and be able to work with Microsoft office systems.
• Must have background knowledge of inventory process, shipping/receiving, or import/export.
• Must have some experience with distribution, and detailed order entry.
• We expect that this candidate have customer service skills, be organized, able to multitask, be people oriented.
• This person should have great communication skills, as they will be communicating with all levels of colleagues, and multiple departments within our company.
• We request this person to have moderate domestic order knowledge, including Inco Terms, and experience with the overall concept of the exporting process.
• This candidate should also have knowledge of overall shipping, distribution, and supply chain knowledge.
• In addition, we would prefer this person to be able to contribute in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

• Follow processes in place that have been established for the portion of the Customer service team.
• Work alongside teammates and process purchase orders from customers and other Kuraray entities in other countries.
• They must have attention to detail to enter the purchase order from the sales order request provided them.
• They will be expected to read the order and prepare the shipment for current order/pallets/ shipment procedure.
• They will be expected to completely manage these orders and keep key personnel informed of each order’s status.
• The position will involve data entry and transactional workload that could fluctuate daily, so they must have great organizational skills.
