What You’ll Do

• Greet and support clients with empathy during urgent and emotional situations

• Manage high-volume calls, walk-ins, and emergency scheduling

• Communicate clearly between clients and the medical team

• Assist with patient intake, records, and billing

• Help keep the hospital running smoothly during busy emergency caseloads

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a calm, professional presence

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork

• Experience in veterinary, medical, or fast-paced service environments preferred

Schedule Expectations

This is a full-time, rotating schedule that includes:

• Every other weekend and holidays

• Rotation between:

  • One week of four shifts (approximately 10 PM – 7 AM)

  • Followed by one week of three 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)

We’re looking for team members who are flexible and ready to support a 24/7 emergency hospital.
