Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines insurance

The John Crawford Insurance Agency ( State Farm Insurance) has an immediate opening for a Full-time Personal Lines Customer Service / Sales Representative. This is an in-office position.

Seeking a forward thinking individual to service customer insurance needs, ask for the  opportunity review the customer’s existing insurance products and to provide quotes for new business opportunities.

Work with Agent to:

• Ensure customer retention by providing exceptional customer service

• Cross sell to other lines of business by uncovering customer insurance needs, make coverage recommendations, present proposal with new coverage benefits, and close the sale.

• Complete applications, process policy changes, take payments.

• Phone existing policyholders to thank them for their business and offer to review their policy coverage's.
  

You have a California Fire & Casualty Insurance License   

Desirable - experience working with personal lines coverage.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate from current and prior work experience, a strong can do work ethic. Possess personal and professional skills to help them succeed in providing excellent professional service. Possess accurate verbal and written communication skills. Is proficient with computer programs, such as Word, Outlook, etc.
