As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting callers.
Qualifications for the position include:
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
- Associate degree in related field preferred.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
Available shifts from 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Training is paid 3 weeks.
