Customer Service Representative Role Summary:

Welcome to Atlantic Coast Brokerage Services, LLC! As a Customer Service Representative in our ACBS Services Division, you will play a crucial role in servicing insureds and supporting our agents. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and referrals to enhance our insurance offerings.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Entry of demographic and policy data into AgencyBloc CRM, scan supporting documents, and attach them to insured profiles
• Assist in applying for Medicare and address inquiries from insureds promptly
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in AgencyBloc, and stay in regular contact with insureds
• Provide agents with necessary information to support policy renewal and communicate carrier announcements/updates
• Identify upsell opportunities and Medicare referrals, supporting agent productivity

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years of insurance agency experience required
• Active Florida 215 License required
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven office administration experience or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of insurance industry practices (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
