Customer Service Representative- Sales

Under the direction of our Customer Service Lead, the Customer Service Representative- Sales plays a key role in creating unforgettable event experiences by selling tickets, helping customers over the phone, and promoting our exciting public and corporate events.

The Details

• Part‑time, year‑round position


• Hours may flex up or down depending on event schedules and business needs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chat with customers over the phone and help them score tickets to awesome events


• Sell tickets for public events, corporate outings, and group experiences


• Upsell fun event add‑ons and upgrades (think golf carts and premium options!)


• Keep customer records accurate and organized


• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and event‑goers


• Build great relationships with returning customers and fans


• Deliver friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable customer service every time


• Jump in on other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly

Experience

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
