Day to Day:
An employer is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the El Paso area – This person will be corresponding on the online chat portal, they may answer general inbound and, when needed, places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Takes care of inbound messages and calls and emails relating to general payroll inquiries. Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of the company, services, and products.
They will be required to work in 2 chats simultaneously.
No vacation for 8 WEEKS OF TRAINING- AND BLACK OUT PERIOD NOV- FEB (BUSY SEASON)
ALL TRAINING WILL BE 4 DAYS A WEEK (MONDAY-THURSDAY)
SHIFT IS 8 HR SHIFT- 40 A WEEK- ANYWHERE FROM 6:30 AM-6:30 PM ( EL PASO mst)
