We are expanding our team and seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing excellent service in a remote environment.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative supports clients throughout the travel planning process by assisting with inquiries, reservations support, and general customer service needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
