We are seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to work at the front counter and assist customers with orders and inventory.

Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

  • Take and enter customer orders accurately

  • Input and update inventory information

  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service

  • Use a computer and basic office software throughout the day

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front-counter environment
