Customer Service Representative - Urgent Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing customer orders, providing exceptional support, and resolving customer issues. **This position will train on-site and then transition to remote work. Must live within a commutable distance**

Responsibilities:

• Organize incoming customer orders by availability, customer requirements, and shipping options
• Communicate detailed product information and make recommendations based on customer specifications
• Process requests for pricing adjustments, quotes, credits, complaints, and shipment tracking
• Consistently troubleshoot highly complex customer orders with professionalism and accuracy

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma required
• Understanding/prior experience working in manufacturing environment
• Preferred technical knowledge using ERP or SAP system, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent phone skills with ability to create relationships
• Ability to remain calm in difficult situations, respond professionally, and offer solutions
• Any knowledge of order entry, maintenance, invoicing, item/order status, or other general inquiry information in manufacturing environment
