Responsibilities

- Engages with customers as a primary point of contact, maintaining communication to ensure timely and accurate delivery of print projects.

- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to schedule and manage jobs.

- Helps the Sales team with knowledge of products and efficiently quote clients based on accurate information.

- Responsible for maintaining high customer retention through monitoring customer feedback and quality control.

- Create work orders accurately with clear details and instructions.

- Facilitate artwork proofing and coordinate with the production team.

- Monitors production projects through internal systems to provide timely feedback and approvals.

Requirements

- Strong organizational and project management abilities; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong desire to naturally help others and understand all forms of communication.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

- Experience with Adobe Creative software for file review is a plus.

- Knowledgeable about printing processes, papers, substrates, and coatings.

- Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload.

- Experience in a similar industry or position is highly preferred.
