Customer Service Representative - Veterinary

Coral Springs Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both animals and their owners. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and has experience working in emergency or specialty veterinary settings.

We are a fast-paced, high-volume emergency and specialty animal hospital dedicated to providing compassionate and expert care to pets and their families. Our team works closely together in a supportive and professional environment that values communication, initiative, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with empathy and professionalism during emotionally stressful situations


• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out efficiently


• Provide clear communication between clients and veterinary staff


• Accurately enter and update patient records and billing information


• Work collaboratively with veterinary technicians, doctors, and other CSRs


• Remain flexible with shift changes, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Take initiative to assist teammates and support hospital operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital (emergency/specialty experience preferred)


• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-stress environment


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Compassionate, dependable, and proactive team player


• Comfortable with computers and veterinary practice management software (Cornerstone, Instinct)
