Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Perform comprehensive administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Schedule appointments for pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely coordination.
• Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Answer phones promptly, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct yard checks to ensure the proper organization and functioning of the facility.
• Facilitate orientations with drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a logistics or transportation setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with logistics and transportation operations is a plus.
• Proficient in using standard office software and systems.
