We are seeking a Customer Service Rep/ Data Entry to join our team! Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls for current lessees to review their end of lease options or make appropriate updates to the account by performing the following duties.

Contract to Hire opportunity

Schedule:

(7:00a to 3:30p) or (7:30a to 4:00p) 30 minute lunch

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Contact customers to discuss end of lease options.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Call center experience with high call volume
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
