Customer Service Representative/Data Entry

Description:

• Recording and communicating daily sample volume to the appropriate clients in a timely manner

• Recording and resolving sample issues; communicating issues and resolutions

• Maintaining an organized system for ready access and retrieval of current and archived records and forms.

• Maintain sample volume logs and other metrics related to the samples such as Turn-Around-Time

o Comply with all HIPAA regulations

o Answer phone calls in a professional and helpful manner. Document the phone call as per company's methods

o Respond to emails in a timely and appropriate manner

Handle reporting and data entry tasks associated to make sure releasing results to clients daily in a timely manner ( 50% of job)

o Identify problems related to their own work that may adversely affect test reports and consult with a Supervisor for corrective actions

o Perform and document all corrective actions as assigned

o Assist in quality control/improvement activities

o Complete and document (type of training, person performing the training, and the time spent on training) all mandatory trainings, including annual safety training

o Complete and document (type of training, person performing the training, and the time spent on training) continuing education activities, as applicable to work

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years administrative experience

2-3 years of data entry experience

2-3 years of Customer Service experience
