What you’ll do:

Our call center handles first contact. Your job starts there—taking a warm handoff and deploying the right technician with intent. That means reading the call, understanding the customer, and matching the job to the technician whose skills, personality, and strengths give the best chance to win. We don’t dispatch by proximity—we dispatch to drive results. This role is about judgement, influence, and hospitality, not just filling slots.

• Strong Service Titan experience
• Comfortable with phone and dispatch systems
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Skilled at building trust and handling objections
• Thrives in fast-paced, goal-driven environments
• Team player with a competitive edge
• 2+ years of dispatching experience 
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a required
• Service Titan experience is a plus
• $17 - $20 / hr
• Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm 

The physical requirements of this job include:

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
• Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. 
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
