Job Details and Requirements:
Primary contact for customer phone calls, assuring superior customer service levels are met and exceeded.
Communicate customer issues and needs to the necessary team members to insure they are addressed in a timely manner.
Create service work orders and communicate details to the appropriate service team.
Review and submit for invoicing service work orders timely.
Resolve customer service issues when appropriate.
Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail oriented, including accurate data entry skills.
Manage ERP systems.
First contact with customer from the operations/service side for commissioning, decommissioning, and PM scheduling.
Creating and maintaining a PM schedule for both long term rents and in shop fleet
Manage site specific entry requirements.
Capable of working independently, as well as a team member
Interact with co-workers with a positive attitude to maintain a friendly and productive work environment.
A commitment to "doing it right the first time."
Other duties may be assigned.
