Customer Service Representive

As a CSR in our self-storage facility, you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers seeking secure and convenient storage solutions. You’ll handle inquiries, manage rentals, maintain the property, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every visitor. In addition to customer service and administrative duties, you’ll perform light maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming—such as sweeping units, inspecting locks, replacing light bulbs, and reporting any repair needs.

Clean and prepare vacant storage units

Perform daily security/lock checks

Help conduct marketing tasks

Enforce site rules 

Complete and submit company documents ,reports ,and tasks 

Work with Site Mgr/Site Lead to complete repair and speak to vendors

Perform other duties assigned

Maintain professional appearance
