Cornerstone Tool & Fastener is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Customer Service Rep/Warehouse Associate. This role will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the customer and company. Success in this position relies on quick response to customers, timely order entry, and occasional assistance with warehouse work.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Assisting walk-in customers with sales at store counter
- Assist Outside sales team via supporting sales related requests
- Order and Data entry including quotes, shipping, tendering, and information updates in computer system
- Respond to customer phone and e-mail inquiries
- Helps branch restock and order fulfillment by assisting with inventory check-in, stock, sorting, and shipping functions
- Investigate customer complaints and provide resolution
- Check on customer’s order status, provide updates and identify customer needs, and provide product solutions
- Responsible for showroom appearance - keep showroom clean and organized
- Support the service department as required
- All other duties as assigned
Warehouse Associate:
- Assist with warehouse inventory
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Receiving orders
- Pulling orders and preparing items for shipment
- Putting up stock
- Completing van deliveries
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Must be able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with internal and external customers in a professional manner in person, on the phone and in e-mail correspondence
- Basic math, creative problem solving and communication skills
- Demonstrate good business sense
- Ready and willing to assist in all areas of the workplace
- 1-2 Years of experience preferred
- H.S. Diploma/GED preferred
This role works in both warehouse and office environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to lift up to 20 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. While in a warehouse setting, the employee may be exposed to the outdoor weather temperature and loud noise.
