JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as a Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist to be a part of our Key Accounts team. You will report directly to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for assisting with revenue growth of Pentair Water Filtration within the Key Accounts Division: Wholesale, Retail, and MRO. You will also work with the Key Account Managers to execute distribution and dealer strategies that drive new sales and share growth. What\'s in it for you? Starting pay at \$23.50/hr. (also open for discussion) Flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, hours are flexible) Eligibility for annual pay increases based on company & individual performance 11 paid holidays each year 2 weeks of vacation to start (accrued weekly) Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Tuition reimbursement to support your education goals More details about the opportunity: You will: Onboard new customers & contractors Pitch new products to customers and help identify new business opportunities Be a Key Conduit between the Manufacturer Reps and Pentair Send out & measure success of key marketing campaigns in the Wholesale Division Verify and Send out Product Recommendations with Water Test Tools Manage content and accuracy of information contained within Wholesale tools, including pricing, product data, etc. Interface with Customers for Quote Requests, RMA\'s and Pricing Actively cold calling contractors, plumbers, well-drillers, and home builders to collect VOC & identify in person pitch meetings.
