Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Scheduler who is fluent in both English and Spanish. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our cleaning staff, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming client inquiries and schedule cleaning services efficiently.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients regarding their service schedules and any changes.
- Exhibit integrity in all interactions, ensuring transparent and honest communication.
- Take accountability for resolving client issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Demonstrate reliability by adhering to schedules and commitments.
- Participate in community service initiatives that reflect our commitment to giving back.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
- Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to take responsibility for tasks and follow through.
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude towards teamwork and community involvement.
