ENTRY LEVEL.
Training for
- Answering phones, screening calls and directing calls, directing call to voice mail.
- Opening and distributing mail.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, e-bay, etc.)
- Taking orders and processing in ERP system
- Serve as point of contact between Customers and Production Planning or Engineering Department
- Manufacturing responsibilities: Printing shippers and Production Floor Travelers, and other documentation needed for the production process.
- Processing Daily Bank Deposits and mailing of customer invoices
- Matching Packing slips, purchase orders and Vendor invoices.
- Processing Returns from Customers.
- Accounting duties as needed including posting of payables and receivables.
- Greeting Visitors· Assisting with planning of Corporate lunches for staff
- Contributing to team by responding to requests as needed
