Job Title: Customer Service Senior Representative
Job Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid- 3 days per week on-site and 2 days per week work from home.)
Duration: 6+ months (Possible Extension)
Schedule notes: 10:00am - 7:00pm CST; could possibly work 7:00am - 4:00pm CST (Must be able to cover 7:00am - 4:00pm CST shift if anyone is out of office and coverage is required).

Duties:
Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks. Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. Entry point into professional roles.

Education:
High School Diploma is required.
2 to 3 years' customer service experience required - but more experience is preferred.
4-year college degree preferred
