Job Title: Customer Service Senior Representative
Duration: 06 month (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. per hour on W2
Location: Memphis, TN OR Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid

On-Site in Memphis, TN OR Lake Mary, FL - 255 Technology Park, Lake Mary, FL 32746; hybrid roles, will work from home as well, number of days on-site/remote will vary.
Shift timings:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm CST; could work 7:00 am - 4:00 pm CST
Duties : Delivers specific delegated Customer Service tasks assigned by a supervisor. Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies. Responds to inquiries from policyholders, providers and/or others for information and assistance. Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response. Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processing. Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills and, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions. Independently responds to inquiries, grievances or complaints of moderate to substantial complexity. Completes day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. Skills : Previous experience in the healthcare industry 1-2 years with third-party benefits verification experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Office, and SharePoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret and appropriately follow policies, procedures, manuals, and written instructions as given. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Willingness to work on varying tasks. Knowledge of healthcare pharmaceuticals and services is a plus. Minimum Degree Required:
Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
